Nalin Tripathi Advocate Supreme Court of India, after completing his B.A. LLB from Delhi University, started his legal practice in the year 1994 and with a vast experience as an advocate, for last more than 3 decades, has made extensive research on The Surrogacy (Regulations) Act, 2021 and ever since the coming into force of this beneficial piece of legislation [safeguarding the rights of all the 3 components of surrogacy namely the Surrogate child, Intending Couple and the Surrogate mother], has been in the forefront to interpret the law, so that infertile couples are able to take advantage for the law and overcome the stigma, being faced especially by Intending mother.

Apart from providing satisfactory legal assistance, to Intending couples, to obtain requisite permissions to pursue legal surrogacy in India,

Important cases successfully fought are – Mrs. D vs UoI - wherein Intending woman who had crossed the upper age limit was given age relaxation by Hon’ble Delhi High Court; also the issue where the government by amending Form 2 had sought to stop donor surrogacy, the case was successfully fought before the apex court and the Supreme Court of India in ABC vs UoI - - held that Intending couple should be permitted to go ahead with donor surrogacy.
